Mr. Duffy brings nearly 15 years of experience at the intersection of business process optimization and capital stewardship. He began his career at Oracle, where he spent seven years in senior sales and leadership roles advising global clients on M&A initiatives, customer adoption, and entry into new markets. His work spanned both domestic and international customers, across industries ranging from emerging startups to enterprise-scale organizations.

At the end of 2019, Mr. Duffy launched RJR Asset Management, LLC with the purpose of uncovering and originating unique investment opportunities. Since its inception, the firm has explored and analyzed opportunities across public equities, private markets, and alternative structures — consistently applying a disciplined framework rooted in asymmetric investing and long-term wealth stewardship.

 

Mr. Duffy also spent time at Tudor Investments and the Investment Management Institute in Greenwich, Connecticut, concentrating on financial research, investment management, and strategy.

Mr. Duffy is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Connecticut. He also completed the Oxford Advanced Studies Program at Oxford University’s Somerville College.​
