Raymond Duffy Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Duffy founded RJR Asset Management in 2019 to conduct independent research and pursue investments across public and private markets.
Before founding RJR, he spent seven years at Oracle in senior sales and leadership roles. He worked with domestic and international organizations on mergers and acquisitions initiatives, market entry, customer adoption, and operating strategy. That experience provided direct exposure to how businesses enter markets, integrate acquisitions, scale operations, and defend their competitive position. This operating perspective now informs how he evaluates management teams, business models, market structure, and the durability of investment opportunities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Duffy worked at Tudor Investments and the Investment Management Institute in Greenwich, Connecticut, focusing on financial research, investment management, and strategy.
Mr. Duffy is a graduate of Colby College and the Brunswick School. He also completed the Oxford Advanced Studies Program at Somerville College, University of Oxford.
